feeding baby quail

Hi I have never had baby quail and wondering if i can feed them normal feed.I know they need more nutrition so could I feed them chick starter with fruit and veges or will I have to wait a bit Thanks burny

They need non medicated chick starter with at least 24% protein. I use dumors
