I have been feeding my guineas and chickens chick starter. That is all the bag says. Is that okay for them? The older ones seem healthy they arbout 15-16 weeks old. But they free range so they eat a lot of bugs and stuff.

Also do guineas like millet sprays? I bought some because I ready that they like them but the chicks (3 weeks) or the older ones don't like them.

Our guineas will now go anywhere for millet, but it took longer than three weeks of age for the first ones to figure out that it was good stuff.

Chick starter is not ideal for guineas b/c of lower protein content, but sounds like yours are getting extra protein anyway. It might not be perfect, but I'm sure you'll be fine. I've done the same.

Good to know.

I am hoping to have a few guinea chicks in a week.
I am soaking up the info!
