Feeding chickens at night.

Hi, just wondering, i have feeders in my run to feed the chickens. Should i also provide feed and water in their coop at night when i close them in??

Nooooo Chickens are hard sleepers at night. The only thing that will eat that expensive feed you put out is rodents. Ick

Of course if you have no rodents and are a late sleeper yourself, having food and water for them is a good thing. If you have a food thief, having water is good. If you get up with the roosters then no you don't need in the coop.
