Haha! Sorry! I thought I did include that- 6 chickens and 6 ducks.
4 of the ducks are just babies yet only a couple weeks old

50 lbs seems about right for their ages. When they get to be adults you will need about 1/3 a lb. for each grown bird a day, so, about 120 lbs of food a month, possibly a bit less. Feed in hanging feeders and that helps with waste.

If you ferment your feed, you will realize about 15 - 30% savings on your feed bill, even if feeding them all they will eat. This while giving them a nutritional advantage.

I go thru 100# a week. We buy by the pallet. Bulk requires storage space and risk of rodents. But the savings add up substantially within a years time.
