I fed my 4week old RSL some white bread the other day and they loved it! It was fun watching them run around trying to keep everyone else from getting their piece of bread.

My question is this: Is there any table food that I can't feed 4 week olds?

As long as you give them grit to eat, so their gizzard can grind up the food most foods are ok. Oatmeal, cooked rice, salad greens, and easy foods should be fine. There is a list of avoid foods, onions, salty or processed foods (Sodium is not a good thing) and few other things that others are not good for them. But as long as you give them things you'd feed a baby, also yogurts and fruits are good.
Happy times raising chicks, so enjoy and have fun!

Never owned a mechanical garbage disposal in my life. My garbage disposals run around on two legs and pop out eggs on a daily basis.
My chickens get all my kitchen scraps.
