How many chicks do you have? How big, in feet, is that brooder? Do you know how old they are? Are they in that coop in that photo or are they in your house? There is a pretty good chance you already have what you need but you need to know how to use it. So what do you have to work with? I assume that blue bowl is your waterer. Could you post of photo of the feeder?
They will flip that waterer by standing on the edge. Can you put small rocks in it to weigh it down to make it harder to flip. They can drink around the edges of the rocks. Some people use marbles but rocks are usually free.
