when can I start feeding chicks more that starter,when do I stop starter and start reg. food they were born May 19&20. I have RIR and Bantys

Welcome to BYC.
I usually give starter mash for the first four weeks. At week three I start adding little bits of grower feed so that by 7 weeks it's all grower and no mash... then at about week 19 I start them on finisher and layer with free choice oyster shell.
