Feeding Chooks Mice?

this may sound a little bit weird...
My cat kills a few mice a night and i wanted to make sure it was ok to give the mice to the hens? I have heard of mouse catching chickens before and have seen my roo catch a mouse and a bird and eat them. Can anyone think of a problem with this?

My hens chase down and kill/eat mice themselves. Good source of protein

Cool! I would love them to start getting the mice themselves hopefully they will start! for now its good not wasting the ones the cat plays with...
