ducks are one thing my DH husband doesn't hunt, we don't care for the meat! thank goodness!!​

One of my best friends is a taxidermist and has some yardbirds (30+) and they eat all sorts of scraps, guts etc and he has had them for years. They go crazy over them and really there is no way to keep them away from it they line up in a row and rush in as soon as they see a scrap fall and run of cacklin and line back up.

Bassleg, we have tried different ways to cook the duck meat and never liked it much. The rule in my house, ''If you don't eat it, you can't hunt it" Wild boars aren't my favorite either Sorry to hi jack this.
