feeding dish

With cold weather approaching, I need to think of a feeding platform or ? to put inside, also water. any suggestions

I have my waterer on a heater, and food I will hang..inside the coop due to sub zero weather all winter...close off coop to run (where food and water are all summer)
You can use cinder blocks to place food on...
