Feeding Ducklings Broiler starter

I have a duck book and it said to feed ducklings broiler starter as it has the right amount of energy or something compared to normal chick starter. A question I have is if Regano is safe for ducks?

Compare the ingredients to Purina Flock Raiser. If close, probably okay. Then contact the feed mfg and ask them how much niacin is in it. If less than 55 ppm you should add some b complex, brewers yeast, or nutritional yeast.
