Feeding ducklings

I have pekin ducklings who are nearly 3 weeks old. Am I right in my research that I should be changing from crumb to growers food soon? Also when do they need to be changed onto layers food? Any help would be great please, as I'm completely new to this!

They can stay on a starter or be switched to a grower. I don't recommend layer as it can have too much calcium for birds that aren't laying. I recommend an All Flock ration which you can switch to at any time. You can just put out a dish of oyster shells when they start laying.
