Feeding ducks alternative grains?

So, we moved and several of the bags of grains for my allergic son got broken and then we had mice in the garage where they were kept. Not keen on feeding them to my kids, but not sure I really want them to go to waste (no evidence of mice in that particular box, but it WAS open and the bags were open). Can I feed them amaranth, buckwheat groats, quinoa and millet?

Yes you can mix into what other grains your feeding, as long as there is no mold they should be fine.
