Feeding ducks

Would one feed ducks as they would a flock of chickens? Can I leave out a full feeder for my ducklings and ducks or have feedkng times during the day?

I keep food out from time I let mine out till I put them to bed. Ducks, chickens ,geese.

I feed them just free feed.

They do need duck feed though, not chicken feed. And, the ducklings need crumbles, not pellets.

I free choice feed here, now if they are ducklings and you use chick starter you will have to either get a broiler starter or add extra niacin. For older ducks you can use chicken feeds or all flocks, multi purpose feeds(and some of those can be used as starters too, read your labels)
