Feeding medicated to Broilers

I am raising a few broilers that will be ready in 8 - 10 weeks. They are 3 days old and I'm feeding them Purina Start & Grow Medicated. How long before killing should they be off the medicated feed?

Don't most feeding programs switch the broilers to something else at 4 weeks anyhow? When will they be "on the ground"?

Probably around 4 or 5 weeks of age
