feeding my chicks

wondering if i can feed my chicks canned spinach and canned fruit mixes and can they eat bananas and the peelings? thanks for any help

Chickens don't like banana peels. At least mine have never touched them. They do like everything else.
How old are your chicks? I caution giving chicks much of anything other than chick starter/grower until they're much older.
They don't eat much and need the ratio of vitamins, minerals and especially protein in that feed in order to grow well and for optimum health. Decades of research has been done to determine what they need.

they are almost 3 wks old and a couple are close to 4 wks old...maybe i should hold back on treats ....what age would be good do you think?

we have 4 four week old chicks and once a week we'll feed them as a treat in a small bowl we put some raisins chopped small fresh spinach chopped small crushed egg shells porridge oats all bite size peices, and they seem to love the raisins more than anything
