Feeding my flock

I have a very mixed flock. It consists of 9 pullets 18 to 20weeks old, 3 pullets 8-9 weeks old, and 2 ducks 18 to 20 weeks. I am concerned about nutrition. I was wanting to continue feeding the flock raiser crumbles that they have been raised on and just add oyster shell seperatly for the layers but not sure if everyone will get the proper nutrition this way. Any thoughts?

I feed a 20% flock raiser type to all birds all the time, with oyster and egg shells always available for the layers.
Not sure about ducks tho...only thing I know is that ducks may need more niacin especially when young.

Flock raiser says its okay for ducks. I feed flock raiser and offer oyster shell on the side, as well as grit just in case (not really needed when they get free range time). I also crush and throw my egg shells in the run with whatever scraps I have for them.

My neighbors feed their ducks goat feed

and they seem to do fine. They just hatched out ten or so ducklings and they shot up quick (too quick? I'm not sure). The ducks are kept in the goat pen so I guess its more convenient for them.
