Feeding Quail Chicken eggs?

From time to time, when i have to many quail eggs, i feed them to my chickens. Is it ok to feed my chicken eggs to my quail? I was thinking about breaking one or two open and letting the quail go at it.....that's how i do the chickens with quail eggs.

I'd cook the egg before giving them to your quail to prevent passing on any diseases. Quail are more susceptible to diseases than chickens. Quail love cooked egg.
