Feeding Quinoa?

Has anyone tried feeding their chickens quinoa to boost their complete protein?

Ours love it too. We just make extra for dinner and use it as a treat. They do love it.

Your local health food store, food co-op, or "natural food" section of your local grocery store.

I searched for this thread and am glad I found it. I'm so mad at myself.... I dropped a very expensive bag of this stuff on the floor while I was preparing for dinner. I scooped it up and will throw it in with the chicken feed.

I looked it up on here to make sure I could feed it dry and wouldn't have to cook it first.

OP - did you ever feed any to your chickens?
