Feeding rations for White Rocks

I would like to ration out my chick food for my white rocks (meat birds). Does anyone have any suggestions how much chick grower 30 white rock chicks should be given per day so that I'm not starving or over-feeding them. They are 4 weeks old and I would like to butcher at about 9 weeks, hopefully at 6 lbs. I don't want them to have complete access to food because I understand that White Rocks will overeat, their legs give out and they are more prone to heart attacks because they are lazy birds.

Are they white rocks or Cornish/Rock crosses?
You can't over feed Plymouth Rock chicks with grower feed. And Plymouth Rocks won't be anywhere near 6 lbs at 9 weeks.
This leads me to think you're talking about CornishX.

IMO, the easiest way to do it is to give them about 10 hours of darkness so they only eat a little over half the day.
