Feeding Scare

These are my first 5 chickens (3 hens and 2 roosters -12weeks old) and I am scared that I fed my chickens a mixture of chick food and pellets for about 3 days. I noticed that the roosters have been having runny poops. So I was reading on when to change food. Realized it was to soon for the pellets. I went out and took the pellets mixture out and only put in the chick food. They are free range during the day and have access to food and water. I am freaking out that I did damage to my chickens. I just do not want to see myself as a bad chicken owner.

Could someone please tell me if they will be okay? Or let me know what I should be looking for in case the chickens are sick? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If by "pellets" you mean layer ration, there is little longterm damage to have been done with that minimal exposure...
