Feeding schedule

can Anyone give me advice on whether I should feed constantly or 12 hrs on and 12 hrs off? What age do I start takeing their food away at night? Thanks for the help!!

My meat chicks are in the barn with a heating pad for warmth. No heat lamp, so no light at night. They eat during the day and sleep during the night. They grow very well and are healthy, happy birds.

They can't see in the dark, so there's no point leaving food out then; it'll just attract vermin instead.

What kind of meat birds?
Our grazers have food 24/7 ,
Starter then grower , we’ve never used the finisher because these don’t eat themselves to death , in fact we’re having a hard time fattening up the hens this year.

I fed mine 24/7 for two weeks then 12 on 12 off worked great lost 1 out of 30 they were fat and tasty

We have 30 Cornish x. This is our first time and the hatchery said 12 hrs in and 12 hrs off after a few weeks but didn’t know exactly when

Great, ours are just over two weeks. And I just took their food away last night. Some are getting much bigger than others!
