Feeding Silkies quick question

Silkie lovers! Is there any foods that help or hurt silkies and they way they bloom? Any foods that you have noticed really help em look their best? Or things I should avoid? I have 9 little silkie chicks! I am so in love.

I feed my Silkies game bird feed.

Ive found that my silkies do best on 20% crumbles, rather than regular layer pellets.

ok! thanks, Ill look into the 20 percent crumbles, did you do anything different when they were young chicks? or reg started food is good?
