Can I feed game bird starter to the breeding quail ??

I would like to cut back on the different feeds that I have on hand.

I don't know why people try to tamper with a good thing, and try to keep 4 different feeds around for one type bird.

30% game bird starter from hatch to freezer, or breeder.

Same here. However, since it is winter, and I don't have lights on them, they have stopped laying almost completely. This means they'll go back to eating good old flock raiser until spring, since it is a bit cheaper.
