I fed mine starter for 7 weeks I think.

storeys guide says they shouldnt be on starter for more than 2 weeks because the protein % is very high and it can force them to grow too quickly making them deformed

the starter feed I had was at 18%... he suggests 18-20 up to two weeks and 16-18 up to 7 weeks. I cut back the protein as soon as I saw wing development.
