Feeding Turkey feed to chickens?

Is it all right to feed turkey feed to chickens? I have a friend that has turkey barns and raises 1000 of turkeys a year to a turkey processor.I don't know what the protein content or other ingredients are in the feed but I would think it is a high protein feed? I can get as much feed from him as I want for free if it would work.

Yes, chickens enjoy eating turkey. You can give them the whole carcass and they will strip it clean. I hope this helped!

They would be fine game bird feed is just higher in protein. We do the opposite and feed chicken feed to our turkeys.

I never asked if chickens eat turkey meat,I asked if higher protein turkey feed was all right to feed to chickens. I don't know what anything I said was about feeding turkey meat to chickens?
