Feeding Turkeys prior to butchering

With Thanksgiving just around the corner we are preparing to butcher one of our turkeys. We have heard several theories on what to feed your turkey in the weeks leading up to butchering to get a better flavor. Currently our turkeys free range for 90% of their food and we give them a small scoop of high protein feed as well. We know you aren't supposed to feed a turkey 12 hours prior to butchering, but what are some things YOU feed your turkeys a few weeks prior to butchering to get a better flavor profile?
