Feeding turkey's

Ok so how much do turkey's and chickens need to eat everyday because my birds are eating a lot I speed nearly 60-80 bucks every week on food for 37 birds turkey and chickens combined. Is that a normal amount or am I over feeding my birds?? And if anyone can give me any tips on how to save on feed that would be cool thanks.
