feeding various ages of chickens

I see all the different foods and that you are supposed to feed them x% now and z% later, etc. What if I have some that are mixed ages? I plan to let mine hatch a few out, so how do you deal with the different feeds or is there something they can all eat. Mine will be primarily free range, so the feed will just be a supplement.
 
I feed flock raiser to everyone and offer dried crushed egg shell to the layers. Most people use oyster shell from the feed store instead of shell. It's much easier than having 4 different kinds of food.
