Feeding yolk to chicks

I have a chick that is 7 days old. She wouldn't eat so I made some egg yolk as someone suggested in a different feed. But now that's all she will eat! What should I do? Or is there a way anyone know of to try and get her to eat the crumbles? Her two sisters eat just fine but she won't. I've also tried not feeding her or hand feeding but she still won't eat the crumbles.

Mix crumbles in with the yolks.

I did that and she just picks out the yolk

I had to feed egg for a while and wean them off. In the end, I am sure the egg saved one that was fading from shipping so the trouble was worth it.
