Feeding

I have three baby chickens two of which I think are about 18 weeks one who is about maybe 12 to 16 weeks how much do they eat daily and chicken feed is what I'm trying to figure out because I put them a bowl of food out there but they've gone through it everyday and it looks like they might have called some out on the ground but I'm wanting to know how much daily that I should be feeding them

What are you feeding them?
Chickens should free feed, an adult eats 3-4ozs a day, your young pullets aren't likely too far behind.

I've been putting it in a big bowl they started out with a little feeder and grew out of it so I've been using a big bowl to put it in out there should I just scatter it out there

At the moment the bowl is empty because it looks like they dumped it out so I haven't filled up the bowl yet this morning because of all the food that scattered out there

Then get a feeder or make it so the bow can't tip, support the sides. Chickens don't eat everything they spill.
