because I am already planning another chicken coop and I am not done with the 1st one!

So....Hubby and I are very close to being finished with our first coop. We have to finish attaching the hardware wire around the run and put the roof on the back side of the run. We are REALLY enjoying our chickens and I am thinking about future growth aready! Our first coop is a 8'x5' walk in style coop with 10 large breed hens. I decided I want to build a small coop to put under our house overhang that can hold 1-2 large breed if I need to separate one from the flock and/or enough room for 3 Banty hens!

Chickens got me crazy!! (But I love it!)

You will be amazed how useful a spare coop/run comes in: isolate a chicken for medical, pecking order reasons, housing a broody and her chicks....
