Your supposed to leave the hygrometer in the baggie for 12 hours.My humidity is calibrated , I calibrated it for 3 hours. I don't know how to calibrate the temp.

Likely that your thermometer was off. More important than humidity. If you buy a new incubator, you still need to calibrate your thermometer and hygrometer. It doesn't have to be the one that included with the incubator as long as you have an accurate one in there.
