Feet Issues - deformity

This is an 8 month old hen. Just brought her home about 2 weeks ago. I noticed her feet are deformed. I'm assuming this is going to cause arthritis or abscesses in the future because she is standing on one digit on each foot. It doesnt seem to hurt her. She is unphased by this now and will let me touch and massage her feet but I don't want to stretch and cause her too much pain

. Any ideas how to help her stretch this out? A chicken perch maybe?

Thank you! She's doing great and laying an egg almost every day. I did observe a little trouble with her going down the ramp of the roost, but other than that, she's a happy girl. I just worry about the long term effects of her feet being the way that they are! Surely I'm not the only one who has a chicken like this!!
