Feet joint issues

Can someone tell me what is wrong with this chicken? She doesn't seem to have an issue with getting around.
Could it be a uncommon reaction to scaly leg mites?

Looks like she suffered frostbite at some point.
What do the bottom of the feet look like?
The scales are slightly raised, it wouldn't hurt her a bit to wash the feet/legs and apply some vaseline.

As for the toes, it looks like they are fairly healed, it's possible that she may eventually lose a couple of toes, you would have to wait and see. I would inspect the feet regularly to make sure they are doing o.k. though.
