I just noticed this hens feet. I got her a few weeks back and shes been ok, still flighty with me....but she is comming to.
Anyway, today i was trying in their pen petting them and what not when i noticed this:

She only has 1 nail on her left foot and a partial on her right.

Does anyone have a clue what could have happened, or if this has happened to them?
Thanks

It almosts look like she lost them due to frost bite. It happens in colder climates when they don't have adequate protection or a good enough roost so the birds body can cover the toes. Has she gone through a winter? If not then it would be something else.

yes my guess frost bite, those leggs look like spalding or green, if so she may need heat this winter.

other causes could have been torn off on wire pens, or dirt built up as a chick.

Here is another pic of her.

I was told by previous owner she was a black shoulder, but all the BYC experts said India Blue.
