Just wondering how many other pilots out there have chickens. I'm a corporate pilot, at least for now until the economy completely tanks. Airplanes and pilots are always the first to go. Anyway, what kind of flying do you do and what do you fly?

Hey TexasChicken - I was a corporate aircraft scheduler/dispatcher at HPN for many years before moving to Massachusetts.

Have you ever heard of a company called Conklin & deDecker?

There's a BYC member called Oblio13 who is a commercial pilot.

I am familiar with White Plains, and Conklin & Decker do the aircraft performance/operating expense comparisons for prospective buyers I think.

I have a prviate pilot license with a few hundred hours, but haven't been in the pilot's seat for a few years. I work as a C-130 Flight Engineer for the USAF.

I love flying smaller aircraft. I spent my whole career trying to get into jets, but found small airplanes to be the most fun. It's real flying.
