Getting close to siding on 10 X 12 coop.
Would you put tar paper, felt under siding? It would be exposed inside coop.

I'm a builder and have been in construction for almost 50 years. From your limited description it is next to impossible to give accurate advice but I can't think of any scenario in which installing builders felt would result in it being visible inside the structure. You would have to be installing it over the studs. If it will be visible don't install it.
