Question do ducks stop laying in the winter or do they slow down having problem with my female call duck
New to keeping duck so any other tips would great thank

Either or both. Laying is regulated by daylight hours. Some stop, some lay occassionally, some continue throughout.

Plus in my experience Call ducks have always been seasonal layers.

Ok thank couple of weeks ago she stop then a day later she had a egg that was broken in half.
What are the sign if a bird being egg bound

Calls will lay just about all year round if you let them. As a breeder low protein diet is a must through the fall/winter to prevent laying. I feed around 12% protein right now I will begin to switch onto layer around the last of February.
