Female duck is lethargic

What do you mean by this? (Not trying to be rude, sorry if it sounds rude) Do you mean that I drop some drips between her mouth, in her mouth, on top of her bill, below her bill??

Sorry for the confusion.

If she won't drink it in her water, or over treats. Take an eyedropper, or syringe, and drip a few drops on the side of her bill, or physically open her mouth, and drop one or two drops on her tongue.

This is her in the house currently. They usually only come inside to lay eggs or when we put them inside at night.

How is she doing today?

Eating, drinking? How do her poops look? Is moving around a little more?
Currently as we know of, she is only drinking. She is mostly in the house so I haven’t been able to find a poop which is definitely hers. In the morning yesterday she was scavenging in the ground for bugs and etc but she went in the house soon after.

Sorry, I wish I could suggest more, but it makes it very hard to understand what's really going on when the symptoms are non-specific to any disease/condition, and I'm not able to physically examine the duck. In addition to what I suggested previously, you may start weighing her on a food scale each morning to see if she's losing significant weight each day. A 5-10% over a few days would grant supplemental tube feeding. Keep her in a warm, stressful free area, and keep encouraging her to eat and drink. Besides that, that's all I can suggest as of now. Keep us posted on her condition.

Ok I will weigh her every day to see if she is losing weight. Thank you and I understand that you cannot help me any more.

Hi I have an Indian Runner duck acting the same way. After observing her standing in one place staring off into space on Thursday I decided to bring her inside and start antibiotics and tube feed her. I saw her sip water but not eat. My Runners are piggies about food. So she is inside in a tote And I am tube feeding her and giving her Baytril 2X a day. If you are interested in any of this to help your duck please let us know. There is a great video on here on tube feeding and you can buy antibiotics on line. Of course if you can get her to a good vet that is always best but not many of us have that option. Today my Runner is noticeably feeling better. I don't believe she'd be still with me if I hadn't intervened and brought her inside.

Luckily, my duck started feeling a lot better yesterday and came outside most of the day and was eating more and drinking more. Poultry vitamins also arrived yesterday so we dropped a bit of that in her mouth. Obviously, we will still keep and eye on her as we do not know what might happen.

Thanks for the update, I'm glad to hear she's doing better.
