Female duck panting and her vent is red.

Hi! I have a female pekin duck, she is a year old. She is panting when it is not even hot out and her vent area is red and dripping clear fluid out of it. This has been going on for about a week. She is eating and drinking fine, and seems normal other than the panting. Do you know what is wrong with her?

She was broody a week ago, and then we took her eggs and haven’t found any from her since.

We have three Muscovy drakes and two non Muscovy drakes. About half her eggs were fertile.
