You really should contact Callahans to tell them you did not get what you ordered. It sounds like you didn't have good experience talking to them & you may not this time either but it's worth a shot & always good to allow a company to make things right.
I almost never recommend this but in this case, if they won't make it right & you paid by credit card you can dispute the charge. You definitely did not get what you paid for.
