Female mounting other females?

My females are always breeding each other! Honestly, the females spend more time breeding females than the drakes do. (Probably because, for the drakes, there's actually a happy ending to it

What I get a kick out of is the "I did it!" dance that the drakes do after they finish the deed.

LOL...yes...they run REALLY fast with their head down, then stop, stretch out and flap their wings. LOL

The GIRLS do it after too!

I wrote about my "menage tuo" a while ago...but it seems like the drake is also doing his job, so the rest is just dominance...I thought I had a cross dresser! Ducks like to mate in shallow water, so that's why they are doing "it" in the tub while they can stand

I've never had a girl drown yet, but if I see it going on and on I usually dump her off of her

looks annoying to be dunked!

Perhaps 'mounting' (a sexual activity of the [in this case, drake] the proper end of which is copulation and the propagation of the species) needs to be defined, as distinct from just 'getting on another's back', which, especially in an unisex flock, could be caused by many things, the purpose of which may not be clear either.
