Female rouen duck’s feathers turned from purple to white

I have a female Rouen duck who recently had her purple wing feathers turn white. I can’t seem to find anything via google search, but is this normal? She’s 1.5 years old.

This is probably her 'eclipse' plumage, which will change back in the Spring when she moults.

she's molting! that's exactly how my mocha girl (also a rouen) looks every year during her molt (but of course she molts in the middle of winter )

Yup, definitely molting! That is exactly what my two Rouens look like currently as well.
