You could put in Tpost and field fence bout the cheapest to do. All you need is a post pounder or a sledge hammer to put the posts in. Then line the field fence on the inside with chicken wire. The field fence is to keep dogs out the chicken wire is to keep chickens in. Last time I priced tpost and field fence it was about 89 cents a linear foot. A roll of field fence is about 300 feet I believe and its around 150 bucks. The Tposts are around 5-7 bucks each. Then top with netting to keep the flying preditors out. I would then run a strand of electric wire around the base to help discourage canine diggers.
I am doing dog kennel panels. The run is going to be 24 x 60. We have Bobcat Mountain lion Feral Dogs and Coyotes. The Kennel panels are six by six. And No I didnt just go out and buy them I had them already. Long story. I will have to run a center line of posts along with a bar to connect them to support the netting.
