Fencing for peafowl

I want to confine my peafowl in a pen, but what type of fencing keeps them in? How tall and does it need a top?

I use 6 foot tall welded wire fence covered with 2 inch avain netting over the top. Our India Blue are in an open top pen and they go in and out as they please. They can clear the 6 foot fence with ease. The 7/8 Spaulding are very high strung so they have to stay in a covered pen.

Our pen has 6' tall "horse" fencing. Wooden boards lining the top and bottom of the pen so nothing can push the wire under/pull the wire out on the bottom. We then have 1.5 or 2" flight netting on the top of the pen. Pen is "pitched" so that the highest point is 10ft tall. Overall pen size at this time is 25ft x 25ft with an attached house thats 10ft x 12ft. Spring of next year their pen will be expanded to 50ft x 50ft, same height.
