Fermenting Naturesmart organic chick feed

Hello! I just switched my chicks from Organic Manna Pro to Organic Nature Smart ( I could only get 2 lb bags of the Manna and the 10.99 a bag was

). I have been fermenting the Manna and am wondering if I can still ferment with the Nature Smart as it has probiotic added to the feed? Thank you in anticipation P
