Fertile and non fertile...

I have been watching my eggs for fertile ones (I have a couple of young roos and I haven't seen them be successful yet but never know) and I cracked one today and I saw a bullseye looking thing. I just wanted to confirm that this one is fertile...

And this one is not... or is this one fertile too and I have been overlooking them?!

I believe that both of your eggs are fertile.
