Fertile egg storage??

Ok so there is one part of the incubation i just dont get

, if you collect fertile eggs for 3 days so then you will have 1 doz, does this mean the eggs you got on the fourth day will hatch 3 days earlier, or do they like "freeze" until they go in the bator then all hatch together?? Thanks

Eggs don't begin developing until they are incubated. So if you put them all in the incubator, regardless of when they were laid, they'll incubate usually at the same rate. Atleast that's what I know as a Cockatiel breeder. New to the chicken thing though, but I'm sure it's the same.

when you collect fertile eggs, place them small end down in a egg carton and don't hold them no longer than 10 days! and keep them in a room around 55-65 degrees and run the incubator 1 day before you put them in to sustain the temp. and put the eggs in the incubator at the sametime, like if you put 8 in and in 2 days you add 3 more, DO NOT DO THAT!!!!! everytime you open the lid in the incubator you let heat out and humidity. and it may affect your hatch. Put all the eggs in at once and you'll be fine! only open the lid to put water in and thats all!
