Not really, you need to be sure the part of the yolk shown is the past where the germinal disc is located. Are you familiar with what that is?

See that big white spot on the yolk? That's what you are looking for in a fertile egg.

Every yolk has a spot. ..in unfertilized eggs it is just a spot, in a fertilized egg it will look like a bullseye with concentric circles making up the spot. It was likely on the other side of the yolk

There was no blastodisc to be seen on the side of the yolk that you took pictures. All eggs have a blastodisc.
